SaGa Frontier 2 Remastered takes you back to the world of Sandail, where the two main characters – Gustave and Wil Knights – represent two opposing fates. One is a prince who was abandoned because he cannot use magic, the other is a descendant of an ancient explorer who specializes in exploring mysterious ruins.
Through the History Choice system, you can play events in any order, helping you explore the story from many different perspectives. Small decisions can also lead to big outcomes in the journey to redraw the history of the whole world.

The combat system retains the essence that made the brand: unexpected Glimmer skills, team combos, and tense strategic duels. The Remastered version adds modern features such as speed mode, New Game+, and character stat inheritance.
