Home Safety Hotline is more than a simulation game. This is a place where every phone call can be a last-ditch plea for help. As a hotline operator, you must analyze information from callers and identify the dangers lurking in their own homes. The question is not just “what’s going on?” but “can you stop it in time?”

Decoding the fear on the other end of the phone
Each call is a strange situation. Some people hear rustling in the walls, others see shadows lurking. Your job is to use the massive safety directory on the old 90s software to narrow down the area and make the right recommendations. If you get it wrong, the caller will suffer the consequences – and you don’t want to make the same mistake twice.
A dark journey without leaving your chair
What makes Home Safety Hotline special is the way it injects horror into every boring office task. With a soft lo-fi jazz soundtrack, you type and listen to the unusual whispers on the other end of the line. What initially seemed like insects, electrical leaks, or mold, gradually reveal things that do not belong to this world. Behind the normal simulation appearance is a creeping anxiety, not knowing when something will… appear.
Festive but not warm version
The “Seasonal Worker” DLC opens a new chapter during the Christmas holidays of 1996. Players will take on the role of Rebecca – a former employee who is summoned just as a series of strange events take place. The festive atmosphere is quickly swallowed by increasingly confusing and ominous calls. That seemingly peaceful world gradually crumbles, when new dangers not only appear but also seem to know where you are and what you are doing.
Home Safety Hotline is the perfect combination of office simulation, logical reasoning, and psychological horror. It makes you wonder: what’s really living in your house? The game challenges your alertness, your ability to recognize, and your survival instincts. Whether you’re typing silently or holding the phone to your ear, a part of you is always alert – because sometimes it’s the hotline that signals the beginning of a nightmare.
