Akash: Path of the Five is an otome-style visual novel developed and published by Truant Pixel. The game was first released in 2019 for Nintendo Switch platforms.
In Akash: Path of the Five, players take on the role of Aurora, a girl with elementals, a magical race living in a remote village. Aurora is the first elemental born in the village in over 200 years, and she is preparing for her coming-of-age ceremony. However, her celebration is threatened by rising tensions between her village and a nearby human settlement.
The game features six dateable male characters, each with their personality and story. Players will make choices throughout the game to shape their relationships with these characters and decide who Aurora will end up with.
Akash: Path of the Five is highly appreciated for its engaging storyline, memorable characters, and beautiful graphics. The game has won multiple awards, including IGN’s Best Visual Novel Award and Steam’s Best Visual Novel Award.
