SEGA AGES Sonic The Hedgehog 2 is a platform game released by Sega in 2020. It is a remake of the original game Sonic The Hedgehog 2, released in 1992 for the Sega Genesis.
Classic Plot
In SEGA AGES Sonic The Hedgehog 2, the player is transported to the planet Mobius. Here, Sonic and Tails the hedgehog fight together against the crazy doctor Robotnik. Robotnik has stolen the Chaos Emeralds, gems of unparalleled power, to use in his plans for world domination.
Core Gameplay and Progression
SEGA AGES Sonic The Hedgehog 2 retains the same gameplay as the original game. You control Sonic or Tails as they run through challenging levels. Along the way, you will collect Rings to increase your score and avoid obstacles. Sonic can use his lightning speed to overcome any obstacle, while Tails can fly to overcome long distances.
Creative and Colorful Levels
The game has 7 main levels, each level has a unique theme and design. The levels are designed very creatively and colorfully, bringing interesting experiences to players. Each level requires players to use skills and quick reflexes to pass.
